What is Bash New York?

Bash New York is a curated marketplace for smaller independent brands. We created the brand to be the leading destination for emerging home goods design brands, home decor, tableware, and party supplies. When you purchase through us, you are helping to support small businesses. 


Where is Bash New York-based?

Our headquarters is based in NYC. Our suppliers and warehouses are found throughout the United States. 


What makes Bash New York different?   

The brands we carry are carefully selected by our team and put through a rigorous selection process to ensure quality and make sure they arrive safely at your door. 

We pride ourselves on only working with cutting-edge, independent bands to provide our customers with a selection of exciting and unique products and a delightful shopping experience. 


Do you have a physical store location?

Currently, we just sell online, but we occasionally do pop-ups locations in New York City and the Hamptons. Don't worry; we ship to all 50 states. 




How will I know if my order has shipped?

After you place an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" to your email, and once the order has shipped, you will receive another "Shipping Confirmation" email. Our average shipping is 3-10 days depending on the item and your location. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

Things come up - we get it! We will do our best to make edits and cancelations to your order. Please email us at info@bashnewyork.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Once the order has been processed will not be able to cancel it, but you can always send it back to us for a refund. Please see the Refund section. 


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards. We also accept Amazon Pay and Paypal Express Checkout.


How do I add a discount or promotion code?

Lucky you! Add any codes to your order at checkout with our handy "Gift card or discount code" box. Once applied, your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend!

Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions may apply.


Why isn't my discount code working?

Oh no! The trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what's in your shopping cart. Double-check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions may apply.


Can I buy a gift card?

Does someone you know want to throw a party? Gift cards are a great idea and can be found here and will be delivered to the email you provide in checkout shortly after purchase.


How do I use a gift card?

Enter the unique code on your gift card in the "Gift card or discount code" box during checkout!



 Please allow for extra time for shipping due to potential COVID-related delays from our carrier partners.

Where does Bash New York ship?

Bash currently ships within the U.S., to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

We are working on bringing Bash New York everywhere around the world. Keep checking in! 


How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $8, but free shipping applies to orders over $100 UDS. Please use our shipping code to apply the discount. 


Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not at this time. 


 When can I expect to receive my order?

 Our shipping window is 3-10 days depending on the product and your location. This does not include (1-2 days for processing). 

You will receive a shipping estimate once your order is placed. If there is an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with us at info@bashnewyork.com. 

 Orders are dispatched directly from our independent - meaning you are receiving your product straight from the small creative business that designed or created your product. Thank you for supporting independent brands!




What is your return policy?

Our Bash New York promise backs all our party goods! If the products you selected didn't work out, you are free to return your items for a refund to the original form of payment. All returns should be received within 14 days of the original delivery date and be in their original packaging. We sadly cannot accept returns on opened items or items that have been damaged after opening.

Please note, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We don't offer exchanges at this time.


What is your exchange policy?

Our system doesn't allow us to initiate exchanges right now, but who has time to wait for an exchange to be processed? When we're planning a party, we certainly don't. Drop us a line at info@bashnewyork.com, and we'll do our best to set you up with essentials you love.


How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@bashnewyork.com. Please do not return items before emailing us to process your return. 


How and when will I be refunded?

It takes our team about two weeks to receive your return and process the refund. Once complete, we'll initiate the refund and it will post back to the original payment method.




We would love to use your products for a big event or photoshoot. Do you offer discounts?

Sure, we would love to help! We offer a bulk order discount for orders of $600 or more. Please shoot us an email at sales@bashnewyork.com to discuss!
